RETURN POLICY

US RETURNS
Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 21days of order date for all US orders.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed & free of any damages
Merchandise must have all tags (if applicable) including any Vendor hangtags, attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Shoes must be returned in the original box without damage to the box or a 50% restocking fee will be accessed.
Hair accessories, undergarments, belts, jewelry and bodysuits cannot be returned.
Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair will be rejected or may be subject to a drycleaning per our discretion.
All returns must be accompanied by a completed return form enclosed in your package or can be printed out below.
We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages.
Any sent orders being returned instore at either location will be issued a STORE CREDIT ONLY. There will be no exceptions made. All pickup orders brought into the store for an exchange will only be issued a store credit or exchange if applicable. Stores are NOT authorized to issue refunds.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package.
You must return your items to the address below within 21 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.


REFUNDS & PROCESSING

Refunds will be processed within approximately 21 business days after we receive your return, please check tracking information for delivery of your return package as we will only email you once your refund/credit has been completed.
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.
Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made on returns accepted past the 21 day mark.
Any orders refused or returned as UNCLAIMED will be charged a restocking fee of 15% and the items will be refunded at the current selling price.  Please note shipping fees will not be refunded.
Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.DISTRICTBOUTIQUES.com and will be issued in the form of a GIFTCARD via email.
Store credit never expires. Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
